Inside Sales Representative

Hebron Brick Supply in Rapid City has an immediate opening for an Inside Sales Representative who can provide exceptional customer service to contractors and homeowners. The individual holding this position will be responsible for, but not limited to, sales at the customer counters, phone and email sales, documenting customer product selections, orders, and quotes, ordering inventory from vendors, and setting up shipping.

Job Summary

  • Key point of contact for various customers
  • Produce sales quotes, manage orders & order confirmations
  • Build relationships with new and existing customers
  • Develop deep product knowledge to assist and educate customers
  • Handle purchasing & shipping
  • Assist in maintaining inventory
  • Do whatever is needed as it arises above and beyond normal position duties

Sales Representative Requirements

  • Experience in sales
  • Understanding the sales process and dynamics
  • A commitment to excellent customer service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers
  • Experience using computers for a variety of tasks
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics, Business Central helpful
